Why Use a Migration Agent
Australian Immigration laws are complex and change frequently. It is also a very regulated industry and requires stringent reviews by the Office of Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA). Any agent who is in Australia and gives any kind of immigration advice is required to be registered with OMARA. To become an agent you are required to sit a Migration Law examination and are required to attend Continuing Professional Development seminars to keep up to date.
As a Registered Migration Agent, we are bound by OMARA and the Code of Conduct. AIEES is also a member of the Migration Professional Group, the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA), and Migration Alliance (MA) which are both recognised by both OMARA and the Australian Department of Immigration.
Our professional library is very extensive and has all the current migration legislation (including, Migration Act and Migration Regulations), various DIAC releases and immigration journals.
